On Wednesday, February 20, 2008, from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM, the Michigan Department of Transportation will hold an “open house” for community information and input on the M-52 reconstruction project through Manchester, now likely scheduled to begin in early 2009. MDOT will have displays of the project available for viewing, as well as representatives available to answer questions and collect your written input. The location is the Manchester Village Hall. This will be your chance to learn more about this project, its effects on traffic flow in the Manchester area, and other issues affecting life in and around the village during the construction period.
